In 2009, our founders were OEM field engineers who kept hearing the same complaint from imaging centers: routine repairs and calibration work were taking weeks to schedule through manufacturer service contracts, while the equipment sat idle. CALIBRATEMED SERVICES started as a direct answer — independent, OEM-trained coverage without the scheduling backlog.
How we work
Every engineer on our team completed factory training on the systems they service. We carry OEM-certified parts inventory for GE, Siemens, Philips, and Canon Medical systems, and every repair is documented to support your accreditation and compliance requirements — not just fixed and forgotten.
